Block Time Agreement clients receive higher priority support than clients without a Block Time Agreement. This is particularly advantageous for Block Time Agreement clients when there is a heavy demand for our resources or in the instance you experience a failure at a critical time or on a critical component.

No Delays
Betteroff Networks engineers can respond immediately to support requests without the time delays created by billing or account considerations.
