Article Too Many Numbers - THIS FAX WAS NOT SENT

You attempted to fax a large number of recipients and as a result was rejected. To send faxes to a large number of recipients, we recommend you either break them up into smaller batches (less than 100) or use the Fax Broadcasting service instead which is available via http://www.faxbroadcasting.com.au

Features of the Fax Broadcasting.com.au system:

* Single Results report - At the end of the broadcast we'll prepare an email with a report detailing the results of your broadcast and attachments containing the success and failure lists.
* Auto fix number errors - You can now login and upload your spreadsheet/databases of fax numbers online and our system will automatically fix any errors and/or duplicates
* Multiple databases - You can save your various fax number databases in different names so you can group your broadcasts by category ie. Brisbane, Sydney and/or Product1, Product2.
* Number Management - You have options to add to a database or remove from a database, just upload the file with the changes to add or remove numbers.
* Opt Out Management - You can provide your recipients with an easy way to remove themselves from your fax database all handled by our system automatically.
* Better Indicative Quote - Once your data is cleaned up and you prepare a broadcast you'll get a better idea of the cost for the broadcast as any wrong numbers will be excluded.
* Document Management - You can store your broadcast documents online and reuse them without having to upload the same document each time putting you in better control.
