Article PDF Conversion Failed - THIS FAX WAS NOT SENT

You attempted to send a PDF Document that we were unable to open and prepare for faxing.

These may help you work out where the issue is:

1) PDF's Created incorrectly - try using PDF Creator
   - To create PDF’s, we suggest using PDF Creator which is available free from www.pdfforge.org.
   - If you used any program other than PDF creator, there may be an issue with your PDF, try creating the document with PDF creator and try to send your fax again.

2) Corrupted PDF's - the PDF may be in an unrecognisable format or it may be corrupted / broken.
   - Open the document and verify the contents

3) Security properties prevent conversion
   - Open the PDF, select document properties and then security. Then you need to verify there are no Printing, Content Copying and Page Extraction restrictions in place.

Please check/modify your PDF document to address the above issue(s) and resend it.
