Article The email address you are sending from is not setup with FaxMate®. Check the email address you are sending from is setup with FaxMate® and try again.

to do this, login to the Account Management System on our web site.  http://my.faxmate.com.au
login with your username (username is your billing email address) and password which were emailed to you previously.
- If you don't have your password, no problem, click on the "Forgot your password?" button on the web site and enter your username.

Once logged in you can perform the following:
- Add/Remove email addresses to send/receive faxes
- Change your billing address/contact details
- View account history invoices/payments/statements
- Change passwords
- Add/Update credit card details
