 I am faxing a document but its not getting through.
 Check and make sure you are sending it to the correct number and that you are faxing it in the correct 10 digit format. Ie with a 07, 02, 03 or 08 prefix etc.
 The following message is appearing: ERROR – You are not an authorized user.

 The fax recipient is claiming the quality is poor / unreadable. How do I fix it?
 It is most likely that the document you faxed was colour. Although it may be a document with black text, it may have been scanned in colour. Try changing your scanner options to black and white for best results.
 Why has FaxMate only faxed a small part of the image/page?
 This may happen if you are faxing in an image format larger than either: *2480 x 3508 @ 300 DPI *1654 x 2339 @ 200 DPI *1240 x 1754 @ 150 DPI
 How do I know if my fax has gone through.
