 | As we purchase and manage numbers in blocks of they are unable to be individually ported.Any numbers that are ported to us are able to be ported out again though. |

| Can I signup for FaxMate and then port over my existing fax number at a later date? | |
| Yes you can. Signup using your ported number and we'll setup a temporary number for you, we'll also send you a copy of the porting forms so when you are ready to port your existing number then complete the forms and send them back to us. |

| Once I have disconnected my number can I then port it to FaxMate? | |

No, you cannot. As per the terms and conditions of the local number portability, to port a service it must be active. Disconnected or numbers held in reserve cannot be ported.
