The Network is based on a distributed infrastructure through deployments in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide & Perth. These are the foundations of the national network.

Our network and server infrastructure is located in carrier grade datacentres throughout Australia, which feature:

• Stable temperature controlled environment
• Backup Power Generator
• Individual power circuits to each rack linked back to a central UPS.
• Full physical security

Our infrastructure is built in such a way as to ensure full link fail-over in the event of 100% utilisation or system failure which effectively provides a seamless, 100% availability AKA Zero Downtime Network™.

Network and Server infrastructure is monitored and provides our engineers and technical support staff reports and alerts them to any outage or unusual operation. Support staff are on standby 24x7 to handle any network problems that may arise.
